HORRIBLE COMPANY. HAD BEEN WITH BARRETT & SONS FOR YEARS WHO WHERE GREAT. AFTER MERGING WITH SHAFER HORRIBLE SERVICE. CANCELS APPOINTMENTS FOR SO CALLED EMERGANCY AND WHEN I HAVE A EMERGANCY THEY ARE NOT AVAIALBLE. DO NOT USE THEM!Service: A/C system repair
I had an issue with my 10 year old heat pump unit that another company told me was chronic to the point of needing to be replaced, and that company did their very best to sell me a new system.I called Barrett and Sons Inc for a second opinion, and I am really happy I did. Aaron of BSI came out and diagnosed the malfunction within minutes which turned out to be a minor parts issue with a connector on the Thermostat board which controlled the coil defrosting function. Instead of getting ripped off for thousands of dollars by that other company that I won't mention by name, my out of pocket cost was only a few hundred dollars.
