I sent a message 2 days ago to the clinic in Pat Booker to Dr Thompson, I never got an answer so I called the office and the lady said that he did not work in that office anymore and that the they were going to close this office, I can t believe no one called me to tell or to let me know that I could go to the clinic in Schertz Is hard to believe that she seemed like she did not care or at least let me now my options this is ridiculous that this happened and that

Great staff, friendly and professional. Check in was a bit of a wait but digital CheckIn was a breeze. Their office is clean and tidy. Easy access from highway. Parking was not a problem. Wait room time was about 10-12 minutes. NP Emily Tobias good bedside manners, thorough, & inquisitive! Definitely pleased. The only issue I have is you have to call their mainline call center before transferring to the actual location of the Docs and nurses.
