I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Chalker and his team. I had a fallen tree during inclement weather this past summer. Mr Chalker responded quickly and came out and provided an estimate that was very reasonable. He had his team out within 24 hrs during rain to take care of the removal of several compromised trees. His team worked quickly and expertly. I am very grateful for his expertise and guidance as my husband was out of state during this incident. I've used Alamo City Arbor Care for several years, but a couple months ago I used someone else, hoping to save some money. That was a mistake. So, for the second time within a couple months, I'm having my trees trimmed again. This time I went back to my regular folks at Alamo City Arbor Care. They're charging less and trimming more. Jon's team did an outstanding job removing a nuisance Mulberry tree from the side of my house and took great care ensuring the fence was not destroyed while grinding the stump. Additionally, they did a great job planting a cedar elm in our front yard...and at a price that could not be beat! We got estimates from three different sources and Alamo City Arbor Care beat all of them...by a lot...and Jon is a certified arborist to boot, not just a guy with a chainsaw and a truck! I greatly appreciate the professionalism Alamo City Arbor Care displayed and won't think about calling anyone else next time we need tree services! Thanks again to Jon and his outstanding team!
