Once we scheduled the appointment (same day!), A&A called letting us know when they were 30-minutes away, like they said they would. They even told us the plumbers name and where he was coming from. Then, we got a text from A&A, with not only the plumbers name (Dale) but they also sent a current and clear photo of him. Dale, who looked exactly like his picture, and his apprentice, Omar, came in, introduced themselves, listening to what we had to say, looked at the issues, came up with a solution, clearly explained exactly what they would do, gave us an estimate on how long it would take, and what that was going to cost. Excellent customer service and quality work! Matthew and Kyle are my go to guys. They are very thorough and explain in detail what they are doing and why and give great preventative advice. Highly recommend!
Jason was one of the best plumbers I have ever experienced. He was personable, and we appreciated his time. He helped me learn what he was doing and did a great job at teaching and listening to me, and it was so great to think and learn with him as he moved along with the work. Jason was very professional. I will continue to work with A&A in the future.
