Austin and Joseph installed a water heater for me today and as a single woman I didn’t have any strange feelings about having men at my house. They made me totally comfortable. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
Once we scheduled the appointment (same day!), A&A called letting us know when they were 30-minutes away, like they said they would. They even told us the plumbers name and where he was coming from. Then, we got a text from A&A, with not only the plumbers name (Dale) but they also sent a current and clear photo of him. Dale, who looked exactly like his picture, and his apprentice, Omar, came in, introduced themselves, listening to what we had to say, looked at the issues, came up with a solution, clearly explained exactly what they would do, gave us an estimate on how long it would take, and what that was going to cost. We agreed, signed the form, and they got to work right away, they had everything they needed to do the job already in their truck. At first I thought it was a little high, but after seeing what they had to do to fix our in-slab toilet drain, they were dead on in their quote. Before we shook hands and they left, Dale insured us that if anything were to go wrong, they would come back out immediately to make it right. It’s been a week or so, and the toilet works as it should, the best part is that it doesn’t wobble and try to throw us off like it did. LOL. Dale and Omar did the company proud. Thank you both for your hard work, in such a tight space. We will definitely be using A&A in the future!
