Chris, the owner, and his techs not only respond promptly to calls for service, but provide personal on-hands advice, guidance and honest evaluations of plumbing problems. Outstanding Service, Fair Price, and Real Customer Care!
We recently had a major water leak at our home. After calling around to several other companies and getting ghosted, I landed on The Overall Plumber thanks to a recommendation from a friend. Boy, was I happy to come across them, if that line does not say it all about my experience. They have an actual human answering the phone. They could not make it the first time scheduled, but they called and left me a voicemail letting me know that the next day I would be their first stop. I like to DIY most things and decided to change the drains in my bathtub in both bathrooms. The first drain went perfectly. The second one...not so much. This was the only plumbing company I called that called me back. They promptly sent two very nice gentleman out to take a look and they were able to get it fixed for me. The price was also half of what I expected it to be. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for both the jobs that are too big for me and for my DIY failures. Amazing customer service and professionalism.
