Repair problem with A/C. Drain line was plugged again.
Jason and Chad (?) stopped by to help me with my shower situation. Very pleased how the meeting went and all will be fixed very soon. This is a wonderful company to work with and I certainly will be continuing to use On The Way for all my house problems. Thank you Ronnie for running such a great local company.
Jason was amazing. Was able to come out right away to drain a pipe so I could have some AC work done in the morning. Jason was very informative and gave me a lot of helpful tips. He was also able to fix and outside faucet problem on the spot. Highly recommend On The Way.
Update. Joe came out first thing this am and changed my drip pan. Joe was so friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation at a fair and reasonable price. Won't use anyone else!
