These are the worst people to have do anything for your water my water is green one day the bleached like a pool the next the lady doesn't answer the phone and she is very rude and will send your spouse very rude and vulgar emails if you complain about it and she lies to state to get away with it I hope nobody has to be forced to use there water in the future please save your self the head ache of dealing with these people I have never seen someone attempt to run a business like this your will be wasting your hard earned money and time and the way they tell you to fix it is to drain your water hose instead of keeping up with the well the correct way

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have a well in our community and they service it. The water always smells and is discolored, very disgusting. We pay a lot of money for their service. When you call them there is no answer. They call back at their convenience, usually 24 hours later. They send a bill out after the first of the month and expect payment by the 15th. Many times I have not received a bill until the 12th. They will disconnect you immediately. They do not offer payment online. They have disconnected us and our neighbors for nonpayment then found the check later. Cynthia has the worst costumer service and is very unpleasant. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They did our well & septic on a new home build. They demanded the money up front and we didnt think they would end up finishing the job. The builder contracted them. There equipment is old and broke down which cost is money. AFTER adding 2 filter systems the water often smells and its discolored/yellow. We pay a lot of money for their service & have been very disappointed. When you call them there is no answer. They might come out after calling several times but they dont tell you they came. They are horrible!! I dont know how they stay in business. Save yourself much headaches and use another company,
