I was hesitant about going to urgent care, cause of all the horror stories, but this one is 10/10 everyone was nice and friendly, I didn’t feel rush and I wasn’t forgotten, I went in with an upper respiratory infection and an ear infection
I recently had severe vertigo and the team was very thorough ruling out possible stroke and inner ear infection.
Dr Asundi believed it was BPPV and helped me perform the Epley maneuver which at the time seemed to make things worse.
But by the next morning I was 100% back to normal and it gave me a solution for the future if this happens again.

I took my 3-year-old daughter here a few months ago for a suspected broken arm. Everyone who took care of us was kind, but they were busy and it took a long time and then the radiologist who read the x-rays missed the break. By the time I was able to determine that her bone actually was broken (because she fell down several days later and knocked the healing break out of alignment), it was too late to cast it.
