“They greeted me nicely, asked me which services I was getting, sat me down and took 15-20 minutes to sit me at a station. They were busy so I expected a wait time. Hailey did a great job. She was very friendly and respectful. The service was quick, she was gentle with my cuticles, made my nails even and the atmosphere was calm. “Let me start by saying I have no words. I came in for a pedicure right after a 10hr graveyard shift on my feet all night. I booked my appointment online before they even opened and they had me in my chair at 9:30. I had one of their relaxing alcoholic margaritas for breakfast along with the best massage in town. I was so comfortable, everything was amazing and I couldn’t ask for anything more. This is definitely my new self care routine cause momma works hard and needs some good love too. “This place took place of the nail salon of ‘Alpha Nails Spa’ . It’s nicer and decor is more modern but prices seem to be more expensive for this outlet location in San Marcus. It’s owned by Asians of course. My girlfriend and her daughter liked this place. We reserved a mani/pedi for all three of us together at two pm but we waited almost an hour before we got served! Kinda ridiculous! They could have offered a free drink while our feet were soaking as advertised. Actually, the pedi water was very cold by the time we got served. I did love the massage chairs and I redid the massager at least ten times! HahaThe staff, the ones who did our nails were great and friendly but the place itself was mismanaged or understaffed. They should not have told us that they were available at our time. Good thing we did not have anywhere else to go. If I had an appointment, I would have been pissed.Good thing this place is next to the outlet, you can shop or eat after. There is many massage chairs but not a lot of nail technicians. Lots of options to choose from as well as nail color. Lots of free drinks they can offer, too. I even saw a Hennessy for us to have! The Hispanic guy ( I fOrGoT to ASK!) who did my nails did a great job. Soft hands but firm massage. I got the Pearl Pedicure and regular manicure. I had a flower design for ten dollars.Total was a hundred two plus twenty tip. A little expensive for me. My guy did a great job though and the lady who did my flower design was good, too. I would get him to do my nails again if I could get his name. I would come back again but I am not sure about the wait? Please work on that!! Rate more like a 3.5 for now.Services: Nail art“
