“We had some flooding in our house due to poor drainage in our landscaping. Due to our geography and the positioning of our house below grade, it was a difficult problem that required expert engineering. Chad came through and gave us a solid plan that accounted for elevation changes, flow, existing geography, etc. Before we had our work done I would get so stressed any time there was rain in the forecast, even canceling plans more than once so I could stay home to manage drainage. Now I have confidence that the work Chad and crew did will keep our house dry. Brett, Milo, and Vidal were here for a few days and did great, clean work. Our project turned out to be functional and also a beautiful upgrade to our curb appeal.
