After the first company I had scheduled did not show up I called Koala insulation and the lady that answered was very friendly got my information and with 10 mins Andrew called we spoke and within a he he was at my shop giving me a very detailed explanation of how the quote breakdown is how they come up with the pricing and just the benefits of spray foam, we agreed on services he had his guys at my shop door at 6:30 am the next day and they did a amazing job definitely recommend using them you will not be disappointed
From the start of my research the whole company has been amazing to work with. Amanda came to do the inspection and quote and was very knowledgeable and genuine in sharing options and what would be best for my house. Scheduling was easy and quick, Gary was great to work with and stayed in touch regarding possible delays because of a hurricane. Ezra and Buddy showed up on time (a little early actually but called to make sure it was ok, were very polite and professional and explained the whole process and how long it would take. Andrew the owner and Gary who handled production scheduling made it flow smooth. My technicians Buddy and Ezra were completely professional, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully after the job. The most important thing everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable.
