Our air conditioning went out today (a Saturday) and we immediately phoned Finch who has always serviced our AC. In just over an hour the serviceman had shown up and we were up and running and cooling off! Finch has always been reliable.
The staff is courteous and helpful, and I was highly impressed with Mistie in the main office, because she was always there to answer my questions. This company is top-notch, and I highly recommend them. Thank you!
Recently been having trouble with the HVAC system in our double wide mobile home, called several AC firms to come out, waited several weeks,no one showed, placed a call to Finch Mechanical out of San Marcos, in two days their man, Thomas Vargas came out, assessed the problem and replaced the necessary components, some of which where improperly installed from day one and got the system up and running like a champ. Hopefully all of their repair people are as good as he is.
