This is not the first time Richard Braun’s company has been negligent with securing materials on their trucks, and I’m far from the only victim. Loose rocks fell from one of his work trucks, cracking my windshield—an entirely preventable incident if the job had been done responsibly. What’s worse is the owner, Richard Braun, clearly has no regard for other people’s property or safety. Based on my experience and from reading other reviews, it's obvious he does nothing to make things right for the people affected by his carelessness. He doesn’t take accountability, doesn’t respond appropriately, and doesn't seem to care at all. If you're considering hiring this company… don’t. Someone who runs a business this irresponsibly, and refuses to fix their mistakes, should not be trusted with your property or safety. His company is a liability on the road and in the community. The falling debris is not just costly, it's a serious safety hazard. Innocent people like me are left to deal with the damage—both financially and emotionally… while Richard Braun does nothing. Stay far away.

I recently had a leaking pvc irrigation line at my house. I dug and uncovered the leaking pipe. Diamondback came out, called me & I explained where the leaking pipe was located. I received a bill for parts + 1.5 hours labor for 3 guys -$180 in labor. ($180 in labor is excessive). I’m fine with paying a trip charge, but this is overboard to charge 1.5 hours labor for 3 guys on a repair that took less than 30 mins. I spoke to Richard who is in charge and his response was ‘I could use someone else’.

Overall the experience was disappointing and overpriced. The estimated work was sloppy and very incomplete. The foreman of the crew spent most of his time on the phone with Todd instead of listening to my needs. The crew did not have the necessary supplies and one of the shrubs they brought was on it's last legs, if not completely dead. They would have planted it had I not requested a replacement and I had to drive over to Lowes to pick out a new shrub. I did have high hopes from my original meeting with Todd but........the results were not good.
