Very odd process. After a year of attempts,I’ve learned that it is impossible to lease from Carson. Their gatekeeper Cody will grill as if he knows more about your business than you, until you give up.After four attempts inquiring about spaces I was genuinely interested in a full year has passed and all of those spaces are still vacant.He asked me for a business plan if I wanted to lease — as well as questioned the existing competition and deflated the validity of my business.
