I have been coming to this studio for a few months now and I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is so knowledgeable and really and truly believes in the yoga practice. They are also incredibly encouraging and will believe in you even when you don’t lol.
If you are unsure about hot yoga, just try it out ! It is so much more than just stretching in the heat and you’ve gotta experience it to believe it.

Hot Yoga San Marcos is a great studio. I am a beginner Yoga practicer and the staff at HYSM has been more than welcoming and encouraging as I being my Yoga journey. Instruction is great, facility is very clean and well managed. The community is great. Highly recommend for anyone just starting out or are experienced.

Laura and Laine are amazing, welcoming and went out of their way to help me with modifications due to my disability, and the facility is beautiful, clean and serene. Highly recommend for everyine!
