Absolutely love Body Shop Movement Studio. If your a student they have an amazing student discount membership that allows you access to all of there classes for a reduced price. I will miss this place when I graduate.

The studio is great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.I've taken classes with Victoria and Andrew so far and they were both wonderful.I definitely recommend checking out a class.

As someone who had NEVER done a yoga class, I was a little worried about embarrassing myself. That was not the case. Victoria is an amazing teacher and is able to balance a class with all different skill levels easily! Now I look forward to her Tuesday classes, as I’m excited to continue improving my practice. I encourage anyone looking for a new yoga studio to give this one a try (especially when Victoria is teaching)!!
