I had a great experience at the Animal Care Center of Hays County. My dog Rifle and his little brother received excellent care here, and I felt completely at ease with the treatment they received. Dr. Sydney Medina is highly skilled and professional, answering all of our questions with expertise. Rifle is usually anxious at the vet, but he was noticeably calmer during this visit. We've been to several different places in the area, and this one is by far the best!
Love the level of service provided by the staff. Front desk is always cheerful and inviting, and the vets always treat my fur baby with such care and gentleness. I always get helpful feedback. 10/10 only place I trust!
This clinic is by far the best place I have taken my dogs! The staff is so kind and understanding! As well as the Vet’s explain everything in way that is easy to understand and they make sure to give you all the information you need. I have always felt listened too and all of my concerns were addressed. From emergencies to annual exams or even just calling about issues that arise, I have always appreciated their empathy and help. You can tell that the staff is truly listening to you and enjoy their jobs.
