Every time I go here they are very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I have also used geek squad (too expensive and not fast), and another small company (horrible repair left it looking melted, not new), but i dont even bother calling anyone else other than 1up repairs now. I know theyre going to be honest, quick, and their prices are fair as well.

I was in there for less than 2 minutes and the dude was able to clean my charging port. I was thinking my charging port was damaged from going to the river. He didn’t even charge me!

Went there today thinking I needed to replace my laptop fan as it had stopped working, got quoted about $60 total for parts and labor and signed to pick up on Wednesday. A few hours later they called and told me it was just jammed and would be ready for pickup same day, ended up not having to pay at all even for labor! Excellent service and experienced staff, I'll absolutely be back any time I need tech repairs done!
