Let me tell you the reason I give this company a one star rating. Mr Ronald Ray Sloan, the Company CEO, bought a Big Tex trailer from me on 03/042022. I trusted the guy and I did not removed the plates from the trailer, since he didn't bring temporary plates to take the trailer. Two months later I get three Toll tickets from the trailer blowing tolls everywhere. I called Mr Sloan and he just told me that he forgot to change the registration to his name. Find, I sent the toll tickets to him so he can pay them, and not only he refused to pay them, , but also threats me that if he don't pay them, , there is nothing I can do....well, trust is the corner stone of doing business...read full review
