Risica & Sons Inc. is the best place in the RGV for glass works and window replacement. They offer great customer service with timely and clear communication. They are affordable, professional, speedy, and do great work with incredibly quick turn-around times. Their teams are very friendly, courteous, professional, kind, and considerate. They handle detailed cuts, installations, and repairs, providing fast resolution and reasonable quotes. Customers highly recommend them as their "go to" window company for amazing and quick service.
This should be your "go to" for window replacement! We spoke with Ron about replacing 4 windows in our home. One had the grid pattered in between the glass and was large.Ron sent his team out for measurements & gave us a quote that was very reasonable.This was Wednesday morning. I got a call the same day asking if they could come Thursday (the following day) to install the windows. Highly recommend. They are affordable, professional, speedy and do great work. I had a 4 panel sliding glass door assembly from the 1980's. They were able to replace the glass and get the doors working again. Mike was able to help will all my questions and returned my texts in a timely manner. The workmen were kind and considerate and I was able to continue working while they fixed my doors.
Pat just wow us with his amazing customer service skills, specially when he told my husband who's opinion really matter.. the wife. Dont go anywhere else and get cheap glass and not getting any warranty on their work, do your homework shop with the experts Risica & sons.
