“We had a bad leak behind our washer and dryer. We started noticing that something was wrong when mold appeared on the wall. Chris and Santiago made us aware of the severity of the mold growth, and immediately proceeded to isolate and treat the area for mold mitigation, with another treatment the day after. The reconstruction started after they made sure that all was dry.As for any homeowner, my anxiety levels were out the roof. But their presence was courteous, respectful, and reassuring. They never stopped to explain what was happening or what was the next step in the process. I asked if they could add a few shelves I had been wanting, and they did! Their fees were reasonable and their payment method was very convenient.They left on Friday, and Sunday evening I had to call them again with another emergency: the water valve to one of the showers would not shut. Luckily, they had shown me how to shut the main water valve to the house. They showed up around 9 pm, assessed the problem, came up with a plan, and showed up the next day to finish the work.Not only will we continue to use their services, but we also strongly recommend them as a small business.“
