I am a yoga fan, I travel between here and Lifetime. YogaSix is a great spot to hit up for yoga, and they also have yoga sculpt. Im in the process of trying to find cross between a vinyasa flow and the Hot yoga. The only reason l gave a 4 is b/c I’m still looking for that pace. But Im definitely coming back and bringing friends!! thanks yoga6
I have returned to YogaSix because my beloved cross training routines have left me feeling very tight. Ilena’s YogaSix 101 is a perfect class for me and Ilena was the perfect teacher. Today’s practice was challenging but very good for me. I am so glad that I have returned to YogaSix.
I’ve been looking for a way to improve my consistency and decided to go to in person classes for accountability. Bought the current special to try it out and have been SUPER impressed. I have had Laura twice, and she is magical. Even with others in the class, it feels like she is talking directly to you. And she’s very easy to relate and talk to. I’m very grateful for this studio and it is well worth whatever drive you incur getting there!! ❤️
