Your instructors are experienced, caring, and encouraging, focusing on all ages and levels. This studio is the best in San Antonio providing limitless opportunity for growth through a wide variety of classes and workshops. I really enjoyed my latest workshop introducing me to My Sore! Love this Shala community!
Just finished the 30 day Intro to Mysore at Yoga Shala with Paulina. I can’t say enough good things about this shala and the people. So welcoming and Paulina is so supportive and pushes you just where you need it. This is a legit studio with dedicated teachers and students.
Just moved from Honolulu, HI and tried this shala and the Ashtanga yoga. I liked it! I like the ambiance, the teacher (Christy), the studio, the half series Ashtanga class, the hands on modifications, and the special initial/first class pass. I plan to return to practice the primary series on a regular basis. I found my yoga place. Mahalo!
