My husband and I completed our home in 2025, and overall the building process was genuinely possitive. We especially enjoyed working with the sales, main PM, and design teams, they were helpful, responsive, and made the early stages feel exciting. However, one of the biggest challenges throughout the build was the turnover. We started with one salesperson, finished the design phase with another, and went through three different project managers during construction. We conducted extensive research on custom home builders and ultimately chose Weston Dean as our best option. I teach construction and was very pleased with the approach, customer care, and end product we received. A decade has passed, I'm still delighted with our home.
We built our retirement home with Weston Dean, and despite some initial challenges, the team was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Kelly for his patience during a major roadblock and to Mr. Colton for his budget management. Our project managers and designer also deserve praise for keeping stress low. We are now overjoyed with our new home. We consider this a humble legacy for our children.
