I had a new patient visit at the Stone Oak location. I waited FOUR months for this appointment. I walked in fully masked to check in. I was asked why I was coughing. I told the lady I thought I had a sinus infection but had been exposed to RSV (not that I have it!). Funny my other family members who don't live with me and have it have been seen twice this week by their doctors. Oh, BTW, while I was there, another patient called in and was told they could see her in December. This is August. I was denied treatment, and even a virtual appointment. Why? My Doctors practice was just bought by WellMed. Since then providers services have been awful!! Phones are not answered, calls not returned till next day when finally answered by automated service. Medical records not transferred to patient portal, labs/tests not posted to portal, messaging not available...Very disappointed, looking for another provider.
