Don't waste your time with these people my wife is not currently sitting in a facility because she had acute respiratory failure we need to get into a long-term care facility and this insurance company has now denied her ability to get into a long-term care facility twice now now we don't know what's going on because trying to find information from them he's like trying to pull teeth

Terrible service - I setup Auto Pay on their website they failed to update my account then I become delinquent as the premium was not paid - when I found out I paid the premium in full - they still cancelled me asked to speak to a decision maker they refused. their service was bad from the first day I enrolled. Do not sign up with this company

Do NOT switch to this insurance. Not only will they put you in pre authorization for a doctor you have already seen for a year and make you miss appointments because their team will not push it through because they think they know better, but you cannot get through their phone system. The automated answering service doesn’t even register your birthdate when you try to give it to it to verify your account. It’ll give error codes and not even register that it’s a date. You cannot ask for customer service or a representative from this menu, and it’ll take you to an order prompt if you keep asking for a representative.
