Vision Source! Dr. Raul Trevino is highly regarded for his thorough explanations and dedication to finding the best fit for patients' vision needs, whether it's contacts or glasses. Patients appreciate his courteous staff and their willingness to help with various situations. However, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the optical services. They've reported issues with improperly fitted glasses, despite paying for scratch-resistant lenses that have subsequently become scratched. This has led to frustration and a decision to seek alternative solutions.
I previously had a terrible review of this establishment, but returned with my son and a friend recently because our insurance chaged. What ever the problems were before, they have fixed them. 3 appointments, contact order, glasses order, and quote in less than 1.5 hours. Very impressed with our service this time.
Dr. Trevino is the best. He takes his time to explain your diagnosis and will work very hard to ensure you have the best fit (contacts and/or glasses). Staff is courteous, and is willing to work through various situations with you. Can not recommend this place enough.
I love Dr. Trevino and i highly recommend him to anyone I speak with. But i do not recommend his optical at all! I have a $400 pair of glasses that I cannot use. They are not set right (the Progressive lens) and when i took them back a day later the girl said that they are right and that all i have to do is put my head back to see from the bottom (really? Mine neck hurts from trying to see) then a week later my lens got so scratched up so I took them back. I was told that I need to take better care of my glasses. I paid extra for scratch resistant. They fixed the lens but a week later my lens are scratched up again. I really do not understand why? I keep them in the case YOU gave me!! I give up and decided to buy over the counter readers. I honestly will not be back.
