I have had a BX subscription for years. When I'm invited to bid a job for a GC or owner, I always check their site for specs and plans first. They are easy to download, the site is simple to navigate, and as for customer service, I continue to be pleasantly surprised as it seems this concept seems to have gone by the wayside in so many other businesses.

Great service. Nightly updates and daily updates. Always ready to help and will even come to your office to help you trouble shoot problems. Great experience, not sure what the other person is talking about in her review.
