VIP nails is home to me! i drive 30 minutes every time and it is worth the drive! staff are super friendly. but martin is my go to! Martin ALWAYS gets me right, i come once month with a new crazy set for him to do, and he NAILS it every single time, and takes his time which I appreciate! I will never cheat on VIP nails or martin. there is no other place id rather spend my money!???
Martin was my nail tech. I can honestly say, it has taken several different locations and years to find a nail tech that listens and is talented at his job. I love short nails. It seems hard for other techs in the past to really make them proportional and a clean look. This will now be my home nail place!
Today, my nephew and I went to VIP Nails and Spa off of TPC Parkway for pedicures (and I got a manicure). The experience was phenomenal, the customer service is amazing, all of the staff is very kind, attentive, and skilled. They did a great job of making sure my nephew and I were comfortable throughout the pedicure, everything from the water temperature to the pedicure itself (something I really respect and I think an aspect that allows VIP Nails and Spa to stand out). Kimmy did my nephews pedicure, she was so kind and patient as it was his first time experiencing one. Ben did my pedicure and manicure, he did a fantastic job!
