Vidal construction did amazing work. I was so stressed and had no clue what to do. They helped me navigate the whole process of getting our roof replaced. Everyone was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions. When it came time do the work they did it all in one day. They cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been there. We had a very positive experience with Vidal Construction in Austin. Our house flooded during an ice storm and was subsequently totally gutted. Our main contact person, Joey, was very easy to work with, professional, and responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. This was our first ever insurance claim, so we had a million questions and concerns. Lissie, who works in the office, was so patient, professional, and responsive. Working with them made the overall experience so much better than it could have been!

I can't say enough great things about Vidal Construction. Vidal Construction is a professional, communicative team that cared for us from the moment we reached out to them. Our roof was damaged in the last big storm of early winter 2023. The previous roof was only about five years old and did not last through the high winds we had, which were not bad to begin with. We had used a different company that we have since learned took many shortcuts, and that showed in their pricing.
