I ordered a prescription flea and tick and told the answering service that I’d pick it up the next day. I went the next day which was a week day and they’re closed!!! The answer service didn’t even know! This is not ok
The staff were so amazingly friendly and helpful, had to bring in one of our girls for a real bad wound on her face and they explained the cleaning process and how to care for it properly, making us feel much more at ease and for that we thank the Vetco staff!! Though our baby’s not too happy about the cone of shame haha 😅
Been coming here for a few years, with both my dogs now and I have no complaints. All the techs are so sweet and helpful and the vets really care! Never taking my animals anywhere else
