I'm rating as a 2 because while the massage was adequate (average-3⭐️), the rest was a 1 (or less).

This is the first massage I've gotten where I had to pay upfront before the services were rendered. I thought it was odd, but since the lady spoke no English (she had a translation app on her phone but wouldn't speak to me using it-she only wanted me to speak into it) I figured I'd point to the service on their menu, pay, and be done. I also added a tip, but since I was paying before services were rendered, I left a minimal tip ($7). Again, the massage was just ok, but she left the door open while expecting me to undress. So, I love to try some of these not so commercial places because you always have one of those hit the spot moments, and although the pressure of the deep tissue was great, there are a few things I would've liked to have had changed or done. I don't mind the language barrier and I try my best to explain things simple and polite but it was a bit stressful trying to set up the payment with card and the $2 fee. Along with not being able to add my tip, so I had to have my card charged again with another $2 fee. I knew the machine was asking for my pin but she wouldn't let me try and help. Next thing was the room was fairly cold and during the cleansing of the oil off my skin I was freezing! This isn't the normal or typical licensed massage therapist type of massage it's more of a woman who knows where stress is at and attacks it, which I don't mind, but I wanted a more relaxing deep tissue especially since I just finished a stressfull exam! The location of this place wasn't the best choice in my opinion because I can hear the screaming next door (it's an adult daycare) and again I don't mind, it just wasn't what I was hoping to hear during the massage. Overall it wasn't terrible, but I don't think I'll return unfortunately.

I love Vegas Spa!!! They have a promotion right now for $10 off until Jan 20th! If you have not come here, you are missing out and should make an appointment! You will not be disappointed!! :)
