I wish I could remember this woman's name. I only distinctly remember she had a T on her necklace. She was beyond amazing. I am very low maintance so the few essentials I use need to last and be efficient for my routine. I needed a lazy eyebrow routine and she suggested pencils that I was totally turned off by and she found the perfect solution with a tinted gel. I needed a semi full coverage foundation for super dry skin and I love this MAC foundation she recommended and she matched me perfectly! I was searching for a place to buy some last-minute makeup that catered to my specific skin needs, and I came across this Ulta location. I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first because of the poor reviews I saw online—but I decided to give it a chance anyway.
Unfortunately, as soon as I walked in, I understood where the negative reviews were coming from. The staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Went to this Ulta last week with my mom. It’s pretty small but clean. We were helped out by a very sweet employee Leyla. She helped my mom find a right shade for a new foundation and overall good customer experience. Very pleased!
