Alex is great, and he keeps his word! If gives you a date he will be there. He responds to text messages and his employees cared about our property. We had Alex come out to give us a quote for tree trimming and one tree removal. Alex was straightforward and provided suggestions on what we could do with a couple of our trees where the prior owner had hacked them up a bit. When they came out, we were met my Dante who was also very professional. The whole team of guys were kind and hard working and they did a really great job - we were really pleased and would definitely hire them again. After moving into our home, my husband and I have been putting off having a few branches trimmed that were hanging over our home. As weather rolled in last week, we'd finally had enough anxiety over wondering if this would be the storm to knock a tree onto us. I called Good Arbor, and within hours they had arrived to inspect the situation and give us a quote. They were able to schedule the emergency tree trimming for later in the week — and then ended up turning up a few days early, as they'd wrapped up a different job in the area!
