I hired Tietze, once again, to do ductwork at my house. Their estimate was half of what another AC company was going to charge me. Steven and Luke showed up early, replaced all the old ducts with code compliant duct, and worked all day, from early morning until after dark.They cleaned up the mess, as if they were never here. My 90 year-old dad had a leak in the yard where it was completely saturated with water.
SAWS said that they couldn’t send someone out until Friday.
Another company that we called said they couldn’t come out till Friday as well.
I called today at around 12 noon. Crystal was very polite and she checked right away to see if they had anyone that can go today.
It was scheduled between 2 PM to 6 PM.
Brian gave me a call, told me he was 30 minutes out at 1300. This was even before the scheduled time.
