Dr. Richard is great he is always kind and informative. Always has the patience for our many questions. Even made us a treatment plan in our budget. Most of the vet techs are also great handle our 12 year old pup with care, thank you all for what you do!
We used to take our girls to a different Petco location and in an emergency brought them in to the Brooks City location - the staff their was very sweet and loving, treated our girls like they’re their own. We have now switched to only the Brooks City location. Brittany always shows our girls love and our little one is much less nervous when she is around and is always readily available with resourceful advice whenever I have a million questions.
I take my pets into this Vetco specifically because of the service and Brittany Gonzalez, she is the best technician. Ive even referred this clinic to other family members. I’ve even referred the technician!!
