My parents Edward and Mary Rose Lee are staying there this week for the Elks convention . Due to a medical emergency on Sunday my father had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital . I just wanted to take the time and recognize your staff , especially Gabriel who went above and beyond to show great kindness to my mother in her time of need when she was thousands of miles from home . He personally picked her up Sunday night and then again on Tuesday drove her to hospital. I felt this place was very nice. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The food served was amazing and very flavoraful. The rooms were pristine and extremely big with large bay windows over looking the river walk or the street views. The coffee station in the room was so neat and tidy with Starbucks coffee, tea and Aquafina water. The pool and lounge area was breath taking and I literally fell asleep on one of the comfy Victoria chairs as I waited for my friend to come down stairs. Didn't even notice myself drift asleep as I did. I remember once sitting on thier balcony and reading a book. The birds chirped. The river sounded so nice.

The room was nice. They were though you have AC in your room, you do not have control over it. The rooms were hot each night we slept with no blankets. They are slow to respond to requests. We forgot something in our vehicle and were told they would bring it right up but an hour and a half later we still didn't have it. Not only is the valet parking each day outrageous but you have to purchase Wi-Fi access each day. The cheapest package is $16. For what you pay per night for these rooms Wi-Fi should be included.
