I am a loyal customer to my hair dresser, but have noticed that the atmosphere of Truesdell has changed. First the colors of the walls and frosted doors look like a dated physicians office. The beautiful seating is gone. Yes, they have benches, but the benches look cheap. The lamps, tables and flowers are no longer present. My hairdresser is amazing! Please note this review is not about her, it is more about how this spa does not feel like a spa anymore. I loved walking in there before when it did look like a spa, and now it just looks like an outdated physicians office with zero color. Whomever came up with the idea of changing the color and frosting the awful doors, really needs to refund the owner. Because you made the atmosphere of a Spa look like an everyday hair salon.

TreusDell Salon & Spa what happen to the waiting area? What! a place to go too and stand and wait for your appointment and no waiting/sitting area! WHERE did the chairs go? It would be nice to have a person greet you and say "Please have a sit." Oops! sorry NO chair!

This salon is awesome! It’s ALWAYS Clean, The staff is always polite and friendly it’s cozy and although you hardly ever have to wait, IF you do it’s comfortable! Now... Renee is the owner/ My stylist for about 3yrs.now and there has not been any style or color or thought that I have brought to her and she could not execute!! This is Truly her God Given Talent and Gift! If you want any style/color/cut that you are unsure about she is your girl! She will counsel with you and Everything. You will not be disappointed. I see people travel in for her service! Try it you’re gonna Love It ?
