If you are unfamiliar with that term, a pet professional (vet, trainer, groomer) has completed specialized training to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress (FAS) in animals, using gentle handling, calming environments, and positive reinforcement to make vet visits and care less scary, focusing on the pet's emotional well-being alongside physical health. THAT IS A HUGE DEAL especially in San Antonio where shock collars are common. Your groomer, your vet, your trainer, & your pet sitters should always be FEAR FREE CERTIFIED. 2. They take appointments. That means your dog doesn't sit in a crate for ten hours just to get groomed. 3. The owner is the sweetest, most caring and compassionate woman I have ever met. 4. Online booking is quick and easy.
