Felix is highly RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE, CONSISTENT, and PROFESSIONAL. UPDATE 1/13/21- God was looking out for me when he sent Felix my way. I still had some (very minimal) activity in my attic and Felix took the time to diagnose it. I have not heard any activity in my attic since. It hasn't been this quiet since I moved in this house. I definitely made the right choice. Nov. 2020 This is a lengthy but I want to provide some contrast along with my experience. Two weeks ago, Saturday, I saw a mouse in my home literally out of nowhere. SCARY! I called Terminix & they said they’d arrive Monday. They came, set up a few traps, said I probably have a few mice because of the cold & committed to return Thursday. That night, more mice began running in my kitchen & in my guest bath. Oh hell no! Where the hell are they coming from? I’m literally terrified. I haven’t seen a mouse in 20 years let alone multiple. So here I am at 11 PM calling Terminix, who’s listed online as being 24 hours, um yeah, the messaging service is. They just transferred me to an office that was closed. I called several companies, left voicemail messages praying someone would come that night. One guy told me he doesn’t come out at night but took 20 minutes of my time to explain that he can take care of my problem for $3k. Dude you are not helping. I cried in my bed feeling helpless. The next morning at 7:30 AM on my way to work I got a call from Felix. He was so kind and empathetic. “Ma’am I am so sorry you are going through this, I can be at your house by 10 AM”. He evaluated my home, quoted me 70% less than all the other Companies, I paid him, and he immediately started the work. Wednesday night, we caught one. Terminix came that next morning as scheduled, tossed out the mouse, looked around and left. Felix came back Friday, told us which traps had activity & found the source in the garage. It was dog food in a box I was going to donate. This guy is good! Saturday night, another one caught. AM Sunday Morning, I sent Terminix a text message to come get the mouse (as they committed if any caught). 5 hours later no response from Terminix. I text Felix and he committed to come by within the hour. Luckily a friend stopped by minutes after my text and threw him away. Terminix didn’t respond until the next day. Terminix has not called nor stopped by as hired to do since that Thursday. We have caught 7 total mice so far and my nights are quiet, no activity. He is very persistent and patient, we are on the road to being mice free. My home is back in order. Thank you Felix, keep up the good work.
