My initial experience with this company was poor. It is important to note, however, that the owner, Greg, had little involvement in my initial experience. After several mixed messages communicating with Greg through his staff, he personally came out and made sure the work was done properly. My impression was that Greg takes pride in his company name, which explains to me why he has been in business for so long. If I had worked with Greg from the beginning of my interaction with this company, I believe this would be a 5-star review.
