When thunder caused one of our circuits to short, we discovered buzzing in our walls. I called Switch and the owner, Brandon, answered; immediately made an appointment for the same evening. Carlos arrived on time and was very thorough trying to find the problem. After dealing with another major company here multiple times in the past, I was extremely grateful for his knowledge, communication and determination to find the problem. Brandon and team were great! Couple of his technicians came out, Mike and Tio. Needed some lights replaced around the garage and a ring doorbell and floodlight installed. Great price and quick work. They made sure everything on my Ring app was up and running before they left. Will definitely use them again if we need electrical work done.
