Had my first-ever sugaring appointment today with Monzerrat, and she was truly incredible. She was so kind, patient, and calming throughout the entire process. I was definitely a bit nervous and fidgety since it was my first time, but she made the experience feel so much easier and more comfortable than I imagined.
