I’ve been a customer at StretchLab Stone Oak since Mar 2021, and I’m still a huge fan. As a distant runner in my mid-50s, I find the benefits of assisted stretching more effective than a deep-tissue massage. I always look forward to my twice-weekly sessions with Flexologists Lawrence and Nicole. I feel great afterwards!

When I first came to Stretchlab, I was desperate. I was having daily muscle spasms-causing insomnia, right knee mobility issues and difficulty walking. I was exhausted and fed up. Nico worked with me weekly trying several different techniques until we found the one that ‘cured’ the spasms even my doctor couldn’t figure out. Nico’s patience, perseverance, and encouragement are what kept me going through this tough time. A year and a half later I look forward to every session. I tell everyone I know about Stretchlab and cannot give enough praise for how this changed my life!

I can’t even describe how much better my body, especially my lower back feels. I can honestly say this is solely because of Nico’s expertise. He sincerely cares and asks what my problems areas are each time to address my concerns and I always feel great after each session . I highly recommend Nico and so happy I found Stretch Lab!!
