I started working with John Lineweaver and he was a great communicator and overall very nice person. I am currently working with Shelly Williams and I can’t say enough how much I enjoy working with her. She is very professional and she gets her job done. Shelly is very quick to resolve issues on my behalf and she is always available to answer any questions I have no matter what time of the day it is. I appreciate the fact that Shelly always keeps me updated and informed regarding my property. I am a current tenant. My property manager is David and he has been nothing but amazing. He has been very responsive and has sent someone to look at our ac twice with the issue being resolved within 48 hours. I let him know my mom passed away and I needed help and didn't hesitate to help, he didn't have to but he did. From the moment I spoke with him before renting this place, I knew he was a man of integrity. Please don't let the bad reviews discourage someone from renting or buying a place from them, they have been great and I am very appreciative that I am here. I have meet Abigail as well and she was awsome. You also have to wonder what type of tenant the person making bad reviews was. If my opinion ends up changing at all I will edit my rating but I highly doubt it. I have dealt with shady property management companies before, years ago but stonepoint properties is not like that. The people I have had the pleasure of meeting are good people. And when they sent over someone to fix my air, it wasn't just any company it was a really good top rated ac repair company.
