The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door and until you leave.They perform some of the routine eye exams like having you read the eye chart. Then Dr. Diaz takes over to perform the more intricate eye exams like checking for cataracts. Dr. Diaz is very nice and she is thorough. She patiently steps you through each slide of the lenses making sure you see clearly. She is good with the children. Our family had a very pleasant and satisfying experience with everyone at Southern Eye Care.
The girls and I had an excellent experience at Southern Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time — which I truly appreciated. Even the young lady that assisted with making the appointment over the phone. She had wonderful customer service.
Dr. Yolanda Diaz was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their eye health.

Dr. Diaz is very nice. She is very thorough and adresses all my questions and concerns. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that I can schedule appointments on the weekends, too. I highly recommend her.
