Made an appointment for 9:30 am and had to move it a day. Mike was very accommodating. When I showed up for my appointment someone was there. I figured, no worries, they’ll be done soon. An hour later, they finished and I was up. That seemed excessive. When I talked to Mike, he looked at my truck and said, “oh you have old tint that needs to come off! I usually charge extra for that!” I reminded him that I had told him that when I called. He didn’t quite remember that part.
But he didn’t charge me extra because I had to wait so long. So, I took off a star because I felt like Mike has room to grow. He could use some kind of system to track...read full review
