Wonderful experience! Basically crawled in and was able to walk comfortably again within two visits. I worked with Sara through the intake process and she was very attentive from the get-go, electronically as well. Dr. Clay was honest and helpful to my situation. I am grateful for the experience they have provided from the start. Feeling relief is one thing but having a service that desires to enhance your quality of life for the long term is by far what I had expected. Highly recommend!

I have been going to South Texas Spine & Knee for about 3 weeks. Dr Josh is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining and going over test results. He listens to the patients needs and input when making a progress plan. In addition to adjustments, the patient is given exercises to do before using any of the other special chiropractic equipment for traction, knee & spine decompression, whole body vibration, and more. In just the few weeks, my pain level has already decreased.
