We’ve been seeing Dr. Jones for almost two years now and he has been the best doctor EVER. He’s always given my son outstanding care and has made the entire process so easy. We’re very sad that he’s leaving but, he’s definitely left a lasting impression on us. All doctors should aim to care for their patients like he does.

Everything was great from making an appointment to coming in for our visit. We were originally supposed to have come in for our first initial appointment in office, but due to my son having the stomach bug, I did not want to risk the chance of them spreading it so we were able to have a video visit with Dr. Chad Best. He was able to answer all of my questions of concern and immediately emailed me or orders to go and get lab work done. Once the first part of the lab work came back, he made sure to call me and give me the results and to suggest an OTC to give my son. We have been seeing Dr. Jones for our preemie daughter’s GI issues and reflux. She started seeing him right out of the NICU at 5lbs and has been healthier and happier each day. Dr. Jones (and Dr. Best) is so caring and attentive. Very glad we found this practice.
