I still think Brittany Kelley is the best. Sadly, I can never reach her office to make an appointment. The phone just plays hold music for-ev-er!!! Someone has to answer the phone to keep the appointments updated and scheduled, transfer calls to providers and MAs and take refills. At least get an automated system to help! I do t want to change doctors, but I do t know if what else to do!!

I made my appointment early morning and when I say early morning I mean 1 am on 11/03. So 11/02 going into 11/03. When I went to my appointment on 11/04 they told me they had cancelled it. They claimed they "attempted to call me several times" to state they weren't accepting new patients. They called under an hour prior to my appointment and I was busy so I didn't answer. I can understand when someone isn't accepting new patients (that's fine) but it said they were accepting new patients. Also, the front desk clerk was condescending about it. Don't try and put the blame on me when you called 40 mins before yet CONFIRMED the appointment... read full review
